Village Tour with Audio Guide

The audio guide is a digital storytelling about Old Nes. Walk around at you own pace and listen to stories about the Old Town. A walk through Old Nes is a great experience for everyone; families, groups and individuals.
Simply put, these are MP3’s with stories, offered on loan when you want to tour the town.
Bring the audio guide and play whatever information you want, helped by a walking map. Every interesting place in Old Nes has its own story, combined with the sound of the old mill or piano.
We want to make the old days feel alive and help you get to know Nesbyen.  

LOAN OF EQUIPMENT: The audio guide equipment is offered on loan at the tourist information or at the museum. The audio guiding is free of charge (deposit for loan is returned on delivery).

The brochure handed out with the audio guide includes a map, text and a picture of each house. You’ll find the guide number under each text.
The map. The post number on the map in the brochure shows you where to stand to see the houses.
Signs. Most of the houses are marked with old or new signs.

USING THE AUDIO GUIDE
First, choose your language code:
951 + play = Norwegian
952 + play = English
953 + play = German

LISTENING:
Choose your text number (shortened or full version).
Find the number under the description of each house in the text.
The first number is the short version.
The second number is the full version.
Punch in the number + press Play to listen.

The tourist information and the museum share 25 audio. Three portable speakers to be connected to one audio guide (family walk).
